The Owners Club at The Homestead is a member-owned Private Residency Club within walking distance of
The Homestead Resort. Owners enjoy the use of Club Homes for at least 27 days a year — 21 days
during the High Season and 6 days during Winter Sports Season. While in residence, Owners
also are treated to:
- Private Concierge Service — for pre-arrival arrangements and appointments, including Grocery Shopping!
- Cart-fee only golf on all three-championship courses, including the famed Cascades Course, while guests golf for a reduced greens fee.
- Complimentary resort Shuttle Service, Afternoon Tea, use of the Swimming Pools and Fitness Center.
